Project Summary & Outcomes

Alchemus was engaged by our client to provide leadership on the development of ESG policy and programs within the organisation, and to concurrently support the engagement with investors and insurers as their ESG advisor.

The project included a deep review of existing policies, processes and practices and engagement internally and externally to develop a program of ESG materials for the business.

This included peer and industry scanning, materiality analysis, policy development, metrics and KPI selection, alignment review and selection across ESG ratings and standards, and the development of action plans, programs and reporting framework.
