Project Summary & Outcomes

This Infrastructure asset owner’s team commissioned Alchemus to develop and implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with two ISO standards – 45001 for Safety Management Systems and 14001 for Environmental Management Systems.

The system was developed with close stakeholder participation and consultation and designed to integrate with existing business process and practices.

Alchemus led the successful third-party certification audit process of the IMS and provided ongoing support through training and implementation and review of the system performance as well as technical advice.
